How to Prepare for the Job Interview If You Have Been Fired From A Job
How to Prepare for the Job Interview If You Have Been Fired From A Job1. Script Your Thoughts. Whether you were fired under unfair circumstances or for something you did that you regret, write down your thoughts on how you would explain the instance. Read your script aloud or use a tape recorder and practice until you like what you hear. Better yet, answer the question for someone else in a mock bewerbungsinterview. Have him observe your interview techniqueyour body language, eye contact and comfort-level while discussing your experience. Feedback from someone else will help you improve your presentation.2. Check with Your References. It is important to find out what your former employer will say, or not say, about you if called for a reference. What you say should be in sync with what your former employer will say. If you left the employer under agreeable terms, check with your former employer to find out what you can expect.3. Dont Lie. Probably the worst way to handle the firing i s by lying. One lie usually leads to another, and before you know it you are in over your head. You always take a chance when you lie on an application. The application usually requires your signature, stating that the information is true and any false statements could be grounds for termination.4. Change your attitude. People get fired every day. They move on and get new jobs, and you will too. No matter what the circumstances, put it behind you.5. Deal with your feelings about the firing, and prepare to talk about the experience in interviews. Being prepared will make you feel more confident and less emotional about the situation.Guest Post by Carole Martin- for more information please click on links www.thecompleteinterviewcoach.com , www.interviewfitnesstraining.com , www.interviewcoach.com Article courtesy of the Recruiting Blogswap, a content exchange tafelgeschirr sponsored by www.CollegeRecruiter.com, a leading site for college students looking for internships and recent gra duates searching for entry level jobs and other career opportunities.

This Contraception App Fails 6.5% of The Time And It Was Just Approved By The FDA
This Contraception App Fails 6.5% of The Time And It welches Just Approved By The FDA An app that can serve as effective birth control sounds like a futuristic sci-fi plot. But as of this week, theres an FDA-approved contraception method that does exactly that.Tonic reports that Natural Cycles, an app that uses temperature measurements to monitor ovulation, became the first-ever app billing itself as a contraceptive available in the United States. It was approved by the FDA on August 10th.If Natural Cycles seems too good to be true, thats because it is. The app launched in Sweden prior to its US rollout, but 37 users reported the app to Swedish police after experiencing unintended pregnancies while following Natural Cycles method.Prior to its FDA approval, Natural Cycles devised a marketing strategy for the American market, positioning the app as a fertility-monitoring program rather than a birth-control measure. And because the app requires users to measure their basal body temper ature on a daily grund and dispenses advice on when to engage in (or avoid) sexual intercourse based on your pregnancy-related goals, Natural Cycles could actually be a game-changer for keeping track of your ovulation. But as a contraceptive method, Natural Cycles still has some work to do. In addition to the ongoing investigation of the Swedish customer complaints, Natural Cycles released data from its clinical trials, indicating that it has about a 93% success rate. Natural Cycles claims that the apps monitoring software can lead to 99% effectiveness if used perfectly, but because the system requires considerable discipline and timeliness, the company admits that 93% is a more realistic figure. This places it ahead of the birth control pill (which is effective 99% of the time when used perfectly, but only 91% of the time in real life) but very far behind the IUD, which is effective 99% of the time. The most concerning factor is Natural Cycles very high dropout rate, which currently stands at 45%. Women with inconsistent menstrual cycles, unpredictable schedules, and a lack of interest in the stringent monitoring requirements of the app wont find Natural Cycle a viable replacement for the pill or the IUD, leaving the apps potential in the birth-control market up for debate.
